Letter, 1812 January 20.

Letter to Jonathan Russell, charge d'affairs of the United States of America to the government of Great Britain, asking that he urge Earl Stanhope to find the original of a certain drawing, or make a copy and certify it in Russell's presence and have it sealed with Russel's seal of office. He urges Russell not to let Stanhope evade this request, as it is important to Fulton, the "artists, and arts of our country".
